A doula is a professionally trained birth companion. She provides physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners during labor and birth. A doula offers assistance and advice on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, massage and positioning. *

Birth Design provides doula-services in Oregon, centered around the Eugene-Springfield area. Our services include:

A free initial meeting to learn more about us.
One pre-natal visit (more if needed) and one post-partum visit.
Optional massage therapy by a licensed massage therapist for the prenatal and postpartum period
